Description
This lunch bag cooler measures 7" x 10" x 5" and combines 300 denier heathered polyester with a quilted 600 denier polyester panel for a textured, two-tone exterior. Inside, a PEVA insulated lining helps keep food and drinks cool, and the zippered main compartment closes securely.
A front pocket keeps smaller items separate from the main load, while a snap-clip top handle and a side web carry handle give two ways to pick it up and go. The bag is offered in Dark Blue, Gray and Dark Red.
Your artwork is applied by Screen Print or Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CP, so the bag carries your mark on the front where it is visible in the break room, at the picnic table or on the road.

Your imprint lands on the front of the bag, sized to the 3 1/2" H x 5" W imprint area. Screen Print lays down crisp, opaque spot-color artwork, while Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CP reproduces photographic, gradient-rich or many-color artwork as a smooth bonded film. Choose Screen Print for bold solid shapes and simple lettering, and Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CP when the artwork needs tonal blends and fine detail.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CPone-time setup $55.00 · Full color
Four-color-process heat transfer prints your design in CMYK onto a release film, then bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
