The Aurora™ Mini Flopsies are 8-inch plush animals made with a polyester plush body and fiber fill crafted from 100% recycled plastic. Each one arrives dressed in an RPET T-shirt or bandana, with 98% of that garment made from post-consumer recycled PET. Your logo is placed on the RPET T-shirt or bandana that the plush wears. Screen printing applies bold, opaque ink for spot-color designs, while sublimation fuses full-color artwork into the fabric for a smooth, no-feel finish. Choose screen printing for simple shapes and lettering, or sublimation for photographic and gradient artwork.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Full Color Sublimation uses heat to convert solid dye into a gas that fuses directly into the material — not applied as a surface layer. The result is completely smooth, with no hand or texture, and reproduces photographic artwork with crisp detail and seamless gradients. Because the dye is embedded rather than sitting on the surface, the mark stays fade-resistant for the life of the item.
