Description
Eco-Friendly Construction
The Milo rPET Diaper Backpack is crafted from a combination of 600D rPET, PET, and PU, with a 210D rPET and PU lining and 5mm PE foam. The rPET is made by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources to create new polyester fiber, reducing waste and supporting sustainability. Note that zippers, mat, lining, webbing, buckle, label, and foam are not rPET.
Organized and Convenient
This backpack features a double zippered main compartment, front double zippered compartment, two front zippered pockets, an interior zippered pocket, a side foil-lined zippered pocket, and a side mesh pocket. Interior pockets and compartments help keep items organized. The removable changing mat, made of 210D PU with 18C PEVA backing and sponge lining, stores in the main compartment for easy access on the go.
Comfort and Versatility
Padded adjustable shoulder straps and a padded carrying handle provide comfort during transport. A trolley strap and stroller clips allow the backpack to attach to luggage or a stroller, making it versatile for travel. The backpack measures 15 ¾ inches in strap length and has an 8-inch handle. Spot clean and air dry for care.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
