Description

This aluminum plate is custom-cut to your specified dimensions, totaling between 6 and 9 square inches. The .020 aluminum substrate is available in three finishes: brushed gold, brushed silver, or enamel white. Square corners come standard, with optional fabrication upgrades like round corners, special cutting, holes, and adhesive backing available upon request.

Full-color graphics are applied via dye sublimation, a process that infuses ink directly into the metal surface for a durable, scratch-resistant imprint. Because the inks are semi-transparent, white in your artwork will reveal the base material color—gold, silver, or white enamel—creating a distinctive metallic effect. Note that plates are not UV resistant and are intended for indoor or short-term outdoor use.
