Description

Custom Aluminum Plates

Beacon metal plates are custom cut from .020 aluminum to a total of 20–25 square inches, with square corners standard and full-color graphics. The base material is available in brushed gold, brushed silver or white enamel, and the plates suit applications from decorative to industrial.

Printing Notes

Because the imprint is semi-transparent, white cannot be printed; white portions of artwork show as the base material (gold, silver or white enamel). The printing process approximates a PMS match, the plates are not UV resistant, and the customer must supply their own artwork.

Fabrication Options

Round corners, special cutting, holes and various types of adhesive are available as additional fabrication options. Square corners are standard, and no attachment or adhesive is included.
