This mesh sports pack is crafted from a combination of 210D rPET and mesh, with the rPET derived from post-consumer recycled materials. The recycled polyester is obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other sources to create new fiber, reducing waste. The label, corner, and eyelet are not rPET, but the reinforced eyelets add durability where it matters most.
Care & Use

Both screen print and heat transfer are available: screen print delivers bold, opaque spot colors with clean edges, while heat transfer offers a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the material. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat TransferPMSone-time setup $95.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
