The Matador® Refraction Packable Backpack is a 16-liter daypack that folds into its own front pocket, making it a compact travel companion. Constructed from 100D recycled nylon with a bluesign® approved span, it balances lightweight carry with everyday resilience. Screen printing delivers bold, opaque spot-color artwork with crisp edges, while heat transfer offers a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the fabric. Choose screen print for solid shapes and lettering, or heat transfer when you prefer a thinner, more flexible imprint.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- Production takes 15 business days after proof approval; a free digital proof is e-mailed within 24 hours of receiving artwork.

- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
