Description
The Madison Zippered Padfolio is an organizer built around a full-size 8.5" x 11" writing pad with a matching privacy cover. Inside, a gusseted file pocket fits a full-size tablet, with two additional interior pockets, a business card holder slot or clear ID pocket, and a wide-body pen holder. The zippered closure keeps the contents contained between meetings.
The cover is UltraHide simulated leather, a smooth surface that takes a tonal, ink-free Deboss impression or a printed mark. Contrasting stitching runs the exterior for an executive look, and the padfolio is available in Black, Navy Blue, Tan, and Green.

Your mark is placed on the front cover of the padfolio, with Deboss, Screen Print, and Heat Transfer all available there. Deboss suits bold, simple logos and type where a tonal, tactile recessed impression carries the branding; Screen Print and Heat Transfer suit solid spot-color artwork that needs opaque color coverage.

Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
