Description
The 30 oz. Double Wall Travel Mug uses vacuum-sealed double-wall construction to keep drinks cold for 12 hours and hot for 8 hours. Its spill-resistant threaded lid has a rotating closure, so you can sip from the sipper hole for hot beverages or use the included straw for cold ones, and the wide opening makes cleaning and adding ice easy.
A durable powder-coat finish resists scratches, and an ergonomic handle offers a comfortable, secure grip. The mug fits most car cup holders and is BPA free and FDA compliant.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

Digital printing reproduces artwork from a digital file on the product's supported print medium. This may be the item itself or a separate label; the product source determines the medium and attachment. Achievable detail, finish and color matching depend on the product and supplier.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
