The Hudson rPET Leatherette Toiletry Bag is crafted from a combination of 85% rPET PU and 210D polyester, with a 2mm PE foam lining. The rPET material is made by melting down existing plastic bottles and other sources to create new polyester fiber, giving the bag a sustainable edge. The foam lining adds structure and cushioning, helping the bag keep its shape while protecting your items.

Your logo can be screen printed or embroidered on the front face of the bag. Screen printing applies ink directly onto the surface for bold, opaque artwork, while embroidery adds a raised, textured stitch for a dimensional look.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
