For full-color artwork, the domed decal is recommended; for single-tone logos, laser etching provides a crisp, permanent result.

Domed Decal (also doming or 3D resin label): a full-color printed adhesive label finished with a clear polyurethane resin that cures into a raised dome over the artwork. The result is a lens-like gloss surface with real physical depth — saturated color sealed against scratches, moisture, and UV fading. Color renders as a full-color process blend that comes close to brand-color references but does not match exact spot inks.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

- Will a domed decal match my exact brand color?
- Color under the dome is a full-color process blend that comes close to a brand-color reference but does not reproduce it as an exact spot ink, so doming is a weaker choice when an exact match is non-negotiable.
