Your design is debossed into the aluminum alloy connector, creating a recessed, ink-free impression that is tonal and dimensional. This method works best with bold, simple logos and type, as fine lines and small text may lose definition.

Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.
