The recycled polyester is produced by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources to create new polyester fiber, giving the bandana a sustainable origin. Note that the thread and label are not rPET, ensuring the main body is the recycled component.

Your logo is applied to the front face of the bandana, with screen print and heat transfer as the available methods. Screen print is best for bold spot-color artwork and simple lettering, while heat transfer suits solid designs needing a smooth, low-profile finish.

The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
