Your imprint is placed on the fan's fabric surface. Pad Print applies a thin, flat ink layer that conforms to the fabric, while Direct to Film heat-presses full-color artwork onto the material for a durable, flexible finish.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

Direct-to-film printing lays CMYK ink and a white underbase onto a PET film, then heat-presses the image onto the garment as a flexible bonded layer, with no fabric pre-treatment. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork; the white base carries color on dark cloth. Color lands close to brand references as a process blend, with a smooth, slightly filmic hand.
