Description
The Kilimanjaro™ Type II Full Brim Hard Hat is built for job sites where head protection is a daily requirement. Its lightweight shell is made with UV stabilized High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), and an EPS foam liner provides front, rear and lateral protection from impact and penetration. The hat meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II Class E and CSA Z94.1 Type II Class E requirements, including Class E electrical insulation.
A 4-point quick release suspension with strong textile straps and a crown comfort pad provides a comfortable and secure fit. The SURE LOCK wheel adjustment system allows one-hand size adjustments with precise height settings to ensure proper depth, and the hat is compatible with a 4-point chin strap. A non-chaffing, replaceable foam sweatband absorbs sweat, while universal accessory slots accommodate a variety of eye, face and hearing protection products.

- When the artwork has fine lines, small text or tight detail that must stay sharp on a contoured or uneven surface, such as a pen barrel or a curved drinkware wall. The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
