Description
Safety and Comfort
The Kilimanjaro™ Ratchet Vented Hard Hat is engineered for protection and all-day wear. Its lightweight shell is made from UV-stabilized high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which resists sun damage and reduces worker fatigue. Vents promote air flow to keep heads cool on the job.
Secure Fit and Customization
A 4-point quick-release suspension with textile straps and a crown comfort pad provides a stable, comfortable fit. The SURE LOCK wheel adjustment allows one-hand size changes, while the low nape strap keeps the hat in place when bending or looking down. Universal accessory slots accommodate eye, face, and hearing protection. Your logo is pad printed on the front for a crisp, durable mark.
Compliance and Origin
This hard hat meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I/Class C and CSA Z94.1 Type I/Class C requirements, and it is made in Canada.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your logo is pad printed on the front of the hard hat, using a thin, opaque ink layer that conforms to the curved surface for crisp edges. Pad printing is best for fine lines and small text, making it ideal for detailed artwork on this product.
Pad Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $60.00 · Up to 2 colors
Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

From our decoration and product guides
- What is pad printing and what does it look like?
- Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, so the pad flexes into curves, angles and recessed areas that a flat application cannot follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges. Each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid that holds evenly on contoured or darker surfaces, and the cured ink resists everyday wear. More about Pad Printed →
- When should I choose pad printing over screen printing?
- When the artwork has fine lines, small text or tight detail that must stay sharp on a contoured or uneven surface, such as a pen barrel or a curved drinkware wall. The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach. Pad printing suits fine detail better than flooding large areas, so for broad solid fills, photographs or gradients look at screen printing or a full-color process instead. More about Pad Printed →
- Where are your products made?
- The Origin row in each product's Specifications states where the item is manufactured: it reads Made in a named country for US, Canadian, UK, Swiss and European origins, and Imported, decorated in USA when the blank comes from elsewhere and is decorated domestically. Products manufactured in the United States are also collected in the USA Made category. More about USA-made products →
