Description
Materials & Construction
This jumbo tote is built from a combination of 80 gram non-woven polypropylene and laminated rPET. The polypropylene is coated to be water-resistant, while the rPET is made from post-consumer recycled materials—recycled polyester obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other sources. The lamination itself is not rPET.
Design & Utility
A 6 ½" gusset gives the bag extra capacity for bulkier items, and 23 ½" handles make it easy to carry over the shoulder. The bag is reusable and can be spot cleaned and air dried, keeping it ready for repeated use.
Customization
Your logo can be applied using screen print or heat transfer, both of which produce crisp, opaque artwork on the bag's surface.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat TransferPMSone-time setup $95.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
