This Joseph Joseph® Elevate™ Green Knives Carousel Set combines thoughtful design with everyday utility. Each knife features a weighted handle and an integrated rest, so when you set it down, the blade stays elevated above the work surface. That means less cross-contamination and a tidier counter while you prep.
The set includes an 8-inch bread knife, 6.5-inch chef’s knife, 5.5-inch santoku, 4.5-inch serrated knife, and 3.5-inch paring knife—all with Japanese stainless-steel blades that hold a sharp edge. The rotating carousel block stores them vertically with a non-slip base, keeping your workspace organized and your knives within easy reach.

- When should I choose pad printing over screen printing?
- When the artwork has fine lines, small text or tight detail that must stay sharp on a contoured or uneven surface, such as a pen barrel or a curved drinkware wall. The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
