Your logo is placed on the front panel of the backpack. Screen printing applies crisp, opaque ink directly onto the fabric, while heat transfer reproduces photographic detail in full color. A laser-etched patch adds a dimensional, etched look. Choose the method that best suits your artwork: screen print for bold spot colors, heat transfer for gradients and fine detail, or patch for a textured finish.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patchone-time setup $100.00
Artwork is laser-etched into a leather or metallic-foil patch, which is then attached to the product with heat and pressure. The decoration reads as a dimensional branded patch — the etched mark is the natural tone of the patch material rather than printed ink, so the look comes from the patch color and texture, not from customer-selected imprint colors.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
