Materials and Construction
This sling is crafted from a combination of rPET and neoprene. The rPET is made from post-consumer recycled materials, created by melting down existing plastic bottles and other sources to form new polyester fiber. The zipper and strap are not rPET. The bag features a hook and loop closure, a front zippered pocket, and a front slip pocket for convenient storage.

Your logo is applied to the front face of the sling. Both screen print and heat transfer are available: screen print delivers crisp, opaque spot color, while heat transfer creates a smooth, flexible mark. Choose based on your artwork's needs.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
