Its exterior is made from ReSpun 100% recycled polyester in a durable 900D x 1200D weave with a C0 water repellent coating, so it stands up to daily wear while signaling a commitment to sustainability. The main compartment expands an extra 3 inches via a zippered expansion, giving you flexibility when you need to pack more.

For bold logos that read as an etched, dimensional patch, choose Badgeworx; for crisp, opaque spot-color artwork, screen print is ideal; for photographic or multi-color artwork with smooth gradients, full-color heat transfer delivers faithful reproduction.

Artwork is laser-etched into a leather or metallic-foil patch, which is then attached to the product with heat and pressure. The decoration reads as a dimensional branded patch — the etched mark is the natural tone of the patch material rather than printed ink, so the look comes from the patch color and texture, not from customer-selected imprint colors.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
