Materials & Construction
The Igloo® Packable Puffer Cooler Bag is built from 50D REPREVE® recycled polyester, a performance fiber made from post-consumer plastic bottles. Its tear-resistant ripstop exterior stands up to daily use, while Primaloft® Gold insulation—crafted from 100% post-consumer recycled fibers—keeps contents cold for up to 8 hours. The liner is leak-resistant, antimicrobial, and easy to wipe clean, making it a practical choice for lunches and outings.
Packable Design
This cooler packs fully into its own front zip pocket, reducing to a compact size for easy storage in a bag or drawer. When unfolded, the front pocket holds small accessories, and a carabiner allows attachment to other items. The cord zipper pulls make opening and closing simple.

Your logo is applied to the exterior of the cooler bag. Both screen print and heat transfer are available: screen print delivers bold, opaque spot color, while heat transfer offers a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the fabric.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
