The iCOOL® Xtreme Adventure cooler bag is constructed from welded heavy-duty 500D PVC tarpaulin, with heat-welded seams that create a waterproof exterior. Inside, a leak-proof welded TPU main compartment holds over 20 liters or 24 12 oz. cans, insulated with 1/2" foam to keep contents cold. The roll-down top with hook-and-loop closure and three buckle straps provides quick access while keeping gear secure.

Carrying options include webbing strap hold-downs, two side handles, two tactical chain loops, 2" x 30" carry straps with padded neoprene handle, and a heavy-duty 2" x 53" removable and adjustable strap with shoulder pad. Your full-color logo is applied as a domed heat transfer decal on the exterior of the cooler bag. The decal is sealed under a clear, raised resin dome, giving it a glossy, three-dimensional finish that is scratch- and weather-resistant. This method is best for full-color, photographic, or gradient artwork that benefits from physical depth and high gloss.

Domed Decal (also doming or 3D resin label): a full-color printed adhesive label finished with a clear polyurethane resin that cures into a raised dome over the artwork. The result is a lens-like gloss surface with real physical depth — saturated color sealed against scratches, moisture, and UV fading. Color renders as a full-color process blend that comes close to brand-color references but does not match exact spot inks.

- What is a heat transfer imprint?
- Heat transfer prints the design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark.
