The iCOOL® Vail 20-Can Cooler Backpack is constructed with a durable, water-resistant tarpaulin exterior that resists wear and weather. Its spacious main compartment is deep enough to hold upright wine bottles, and the thick EPE foam insulation with heat-sealed PEVA lining helps keep items cold for hours. Multiple pockets—including a large front zippered pocket, two side mesh pockets, and a top lid accessory pocket—keep gear organized and within reach.
Comfort and Convenience
Carry it by the top handle or wear it hands-free with adjustable, padded mesh backpack straps. The T-bar iCOOL® zipper pulls make opening and closing easy, even with gloves on. A portion of all proceeds is donated to Shelter to Soldier™, a non-profit that trains rescued dogs as service animals for veterans.

Your logo can be screen printed on the front or back panel of the backpack, or applied as a Badgeworx laser-etched patch for a dimensional, etched look. Screen printing is best for bold spot-color artwork, while the laser-etched patch suits bold logos meant to read as an etched patch.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patchone-time setup $100.00
Artwork is laser-etched into a leather or metallic-foil patch, which is then attached to the product with heat and pressure. The decoration reads as a dimensional branded patch — the etched mark is the natural tone of the patch material rather than printed ink, so the look comes from the patch color and texture, not from customer-selected imprint colors.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
