The iCOOL® Aspen 24-Can Cooler Bag is constructed from water and tear resistant coated 420D, with a heat-sealed PEVA lining and extra thick padded insulation. The large zippered main compartment opens with a 3/4 zip-around opening, and the bag includes a front zippered pocket, two side mesh pockets, and an adjustable elastic tie-down on top.
Comfort and Convenience
Carry handles with a soft touch handle pad and a 1 1/2" x 53" adjustable shoulder strap with shoulder pad make transport easy. A bottle opener and D-ring add everyday utility, and the bag is FDA compliant for safe food contact.

Your logo is screen printed on the exterior of the cooler bag, with crisp, opaque color that sits on the material. For multi-color artwork, screen printing handles bold spot colors and simple lettering with clean edges.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. - Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
