This Starline Class 2 t-shirt is built for safety and comfort. The 100% polyester birdseye mesh fabric is lightweight and wicking, keeping wearers cool and dry. Heat Transfer — Reflective uses a single-color reflective vinyl that bounces light back toward its source, ideal for bold logos and lettering. Heat Transfer — Full Color applies a full-color transfer for photographic, gradient-rich artwork with smooth color blends. Choose Reflective when reflected light is the goal; choose Full Color when the artwork demands photographic detail and tonal blends.

Reflective transfer cuts your design from a light-reflective vinyl and bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. In normal light the mark reads as a solid graphic in the vinyl's own tone; under headlights or a camera flash it lights up, reflecting light back toward its source. The applied layer is smooth, flexible, and applied as a single reflective layer.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
