Description
Materials & Construction
The Hudson cooler tote is built from a blend of 51% recycled polyester (rPET) and 49% PU, with a PEVA lining and 6mm PE foam for insulation. rPET is made by melting down existing plastic bottles and other sources into new polyester fiber, giving the bag a sustainable foundation. The foam, lining, zipper, handles, and label are not rPET, but the main body carries the recycled content.
Storage & Carry
A zippered main compartment holds up to 36 cans, while the 6.5-inch gusset expands capacity. Front and side slip pockets offer quick-access storage, and a D-ring attachment secures keys or accessories. The 31.5-inch web handles and adjustable, detachable shoulder strap provide flexible carrying options.

Decoration & Imprint

Your logo is imprinted on the front face of the tote. Screen print applies ink through a mesh stencil for crisp, opaque color, while heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin film to the surface. For bold spot-color artwork, screen print is ideal; for a low-profile mark that flexes with the material, choose heat transfer.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat TransferPMSone-time setup $95.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
