Description
Materials & Construction
Crafted from 300D heather rPET fabric with a 210D polyester lining, this backpack is built from post-consumer recycled materials. The rPET fiber is created by melting down existing plastic bottles and other sources, reducing waste and supporting sustainability. While the main fabric is recycled, the zippers, side web pocket, pen loop, lining, and buckle are not rPET.
Organization & Protection
The bag features two zippered main compartments with a padded back, plus a front organizer compartment with an inside zippered pocket shielded by RFID-blocking material sewn into the lining. Additional pockets include front double zippered pockets, an inside zippered pocket, a side pocket, and a top fleece-lined pocket for screen cleaning. A trolley sleeve and sternum strap add convenience and secure fit.

Your logo can be placed on the front or back panel of the backpack. For screen print, bold spot-color artwork with crisp edges works best. Heat transfer offers a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the fabric. Embroidery provides a raised, textured finish ideal for logos and lettering. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
