Full-color direct-to-substrate printing jets CMYK ink (plus white for dark or clear items) straight onto the item and cures it instantly with UV light, with no intermediate decal. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and multi-color artwork as a crisp, durable image that bonds directly to the surface. Color is a full-color process blend close to brand references rather than exact spot inks.

Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
