The Habitat rPET Heathered Sling Bag is made from 300D heather rPET material, a recycled polyester fiber obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources. The 190T polyester lining adds structure, while the inside lining, foam, binding, zipper, and care label are not rPET. Your logo is applied to the front face of the sling bag. For screen print, ink is pushed through a mesh stencil onto the surface, leaving crisp, opaque color artwork. Heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin applied layer to the material. Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric for a raised, textured mark. Choose screen print for bold spot-color artwork, heat transfer for a smooth low-profile mark, or embroidery for a dimensional finish.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
