Heat Transfer — Direct to Substrate prints a full-color image directly onto the item surface and cures it instantly for a durable, high-resolution mark that captures fine detail and gradients. Alternatively, Heat Transfer uses spot-color artwork printed on a film and heat-bonded to the surface, creating a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the material and holds crisp lines. Both methods ensure your logo stays sharp through daily use.

Your brand is applied to the kit components via heat transfer. Heat Transfer — Direct to Substrate prints a full-color image directly onto the surface, while Heat Transfer uses a spot-color film bonded to the material. For full-color or photographic artwork, direct-to-substrate is best; for solid spot-color logos, the film transfer delivers crisp, even coverage.

Full-color direct-to-substrate printing jets CMYK ink (plus white for dark or clear items) straight onto the item and cures it instantly with UV light, with no intermediate decal. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and multi-color artwork as a crisp, durable image that bonds directly to the surface. Color is a full-color process blend close to brand references rather than exact spot inks.
Heat TransferFull-color imprint · 1 location included · no setup charge
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
