Gildan long sleeve t-shirt with a classic fit, rib knit collar and cuffs, and taped neck and shoulders. The 6-ounce fabric composition varies by color: 100% US cotton for most colors; 50/50 cotton/polyester in Dark Heather, Safety Green and Safety Orange; 99/1 cotton/polyester in Ash; and 90/10 cotton/polyester in Sport Grey. Natural uses non-dyed fabric with visible specks of fibers and cotton seeds. A recycled, high-performing black tear-away label is included.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
