This Gildan® Heavy Cotton™ tee is made from 5.3 oz. preshrunk jersey knit, available in 100% cotton or a 50/50 cotton-polyester blend in select heather colors. The seamless double-needle collar and taped neck and shoulders provide a sturdy, comfortable fit that holds its shape through repeated wear.

A single-needle left chest pocket adds a functional touch, while double-needle stitching on the pocket, sleeves, and bottom hems reinforces high-stress areas. The quarter-turned body eliminates the center crease, giving a clean, professional appearance that is ideal for screen printing.

Your imprint is screen printed onto the front or back of the tee, with ink that sits on the fabric for bold, opaque color. Screen printing is best for bold spot-color artwork and simple lettering that needs strong coverage and clean edges.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
