This Gildan long sleeve tee is knit from a 5.5-ounce 50/50 cotton/poly blend. The DryBlend technology wicks moisture away from the skin, helping the wearer stay dry and comfortable. A recycled, high-performing black tear-away label removes tag irritation, and the non-topstitched, classic width rib collar keeps its shape.
Construction and Fit
The taped neck and shoulders add strength where seams are most stressed, while rib knit cuffs hold their fit. The classic fit and seamless body provide a clean, consistent surface for decoration. Safety Green colorways meet ANSI/ISEA 107 high-visibility standards for background color.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
