Are custom drinkware items dishwasher safe?

It depends on the material and the decoration. The product page lists care instructions in Specifications whenever the manufacturer states them. Where dishwasher safety is not stated, hand-wash: it protects the imprint and, on insulated tumblers and bottles, the vacuum seal. Decorated stainless steel and any item with a metallic or foil imprint should be hand-washed unless the listing says otherwise. More about Drinkware →

Where are your products made?

The Origin row in each product's Specifications states where the item is manufactured: it reads Made in a named country for US, Canadian, UK, Swiss and European origins, and Imported, decorated in USA when the blank comes from elsewhere and is decorated domestically. Products manufactured in the United States are also collected in the USA Made category. More about USA-made products →

Can I microwave a branded mug or tumbler?

Never microwave stainless steel, aluminum or any tumbler with a metal lid or liner. Ceramic and glass mugs are usually microwave-safe unless they carry metallic foil, metallic ink or a metallic rim; check the Specifications block on the product page for the manufacturer's care statement before microwaving.
