Description
The Frost Buddy® 40oz mug and cup insulator holds a 40 oz drink and is designed to insulate nearly all iced or hot coffee cups in 12, 16 and 30 oz sizes. It keeps contents cold for 24+ hours and hot for 8+ hours, and it is cup holder friendly. The handle has a built-in standard-size chapstick holder and a key ring; a carabiner is not included.
Three accessories are included: a to-go beverage collar, a spill-proof lid and a straw. Powder-coated styles are available with laser engraving only. The silicone ring and lids are dishwasher safe.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- What does laser engraving look like on a promotional product?
- Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch the design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges. There is no ink: the mark reads in the material's own tone, a lighter shade on metal and a darker burn on wood, with a depth you can feel.
