The Frost Buddy® 40oz Thicc Buddy is a large-capacity mug that keeps cold drinks cold for 24+ hours and hot drinks hot for 8+ hours, thanks to its vacuum insulation. Its universal design insulates nearly all iced or hot coffee cups in 12oz, 16oz, and 30oz sizes from popular coffee shops.
Accessories and Convenience
This mug includes three accessories: a to-go beverage collar, a spill-proof lid, and a straw. The handle features a built-in standard-size chapstick holder and a key ring (carabiner not included). The powder-coated styles are laser engraved only, while the silicone ring and lids are dishwasher safe.
Customization
Your logo can be applied via laser engraving or screen printing. Laser engraving etches a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone, ideal for single-tone logos and fine line work. Screen printing offers crisp, opaque color for bold spot-color artwork.

Decoration & Imprint

Your logo is placed on the back of the mug, within a 2.5" x 2.5" imprint area. For laser engraving, the mark is etched into the surface itself, creating a permanent, recessed design in the material's own tone. For screen printing, ink is pushed through a mesh stencil onto the surface, producing crisp, opaque color artwork. Choose laser engraving for single-tone logos and fine line work, or screen printing for bold spot-color designs.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
Screen Printone-time setup $60.00 · Up to 4 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
