Description

The Fort Worth is a thin .015 white plastic name badge measuring 3" x 1-1/2", with rounded corners as standard and square corners available on request. It is assembled in the United States.

The badge front carries DIA Printed decoration along with up to three lines of personalization, and the base configuration includes a jeweler's pinback attachment. Second side printing is available for static information such as an "if lost" note or an additional logo.
