The Flare award is hand-blown art glass, formed by hand with free-flowing form and rhythmic patterns of suspended air bubbles. Because each piece is individually crafted, no two are exactly alike—dimensions, weight, and internal designs vary, making every award a unique piece.
Each award sits on a flawless optic crystal base that can be customized with a deep etch or full color ink imprint, with optional color fill available. Every piece arrives gift boxed, ready for presentation and safe-keeping.

Decoration & Imprint
3 methods
Your imprint is placed on the optic crystal base of the award. For a permanent, recessed mark with no added color, choose Laser — Deep Etch, which carves the design into the surface itself. For full color artwork, choose the full color ink imprint. If your artwork relies on color, select the ink imprint; for bold, clean logos and lettering where a tactile recessed mark matters more than color, deep etch is the better choice.
Laser — Deep Etchno setup charge
Deep etching carves your design well into the surface, removing material to leave a recessed, permanent mark. Running deeper than a standard laser pass, the result is strongly dimensional and contoured. The finished mark is the material itself — bare carved tone with crisp shadowed contrast where the cut catches light against the untouched surface. You get a mark you can both see and feel, reading as permanent and material rather than printed on.
Laserno setup charge
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
