This roll-up blanket is crafted from rPET fleece, a recycled polyester fiber obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources. The flap and web handle are not made from rPET, and the flap color matches the blanket for a cohesive look.

The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
