The Starline Evolution™ Deluxe 6151 Vented Hard Hat is engineered with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell that features five raised channels for added strength and a longer back for extra protection. Inside, a 6-point suspension system with wide polyester textile webbing and a unique 3D adjustment provides a precise, comfortable fit. The Evolution Wheel Ratchet is easy to use and ensures a firm fit, while the Chamlon™ sweatband helps keep you cool.
Compliant and Ready to Wear
This hard hat meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2009 standards for Type I protection, and the vented version carries a Class C (Conductive) electrical rating. It also meets ANSI requirements for reverse donning and lower temperature use. Universal slots allow you to attach various accessories, and the hat ships ready to wear with no assembly required.

The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
