Description
The Starline Hi-Viz Hard Hat has a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell with five raised channels for strength and a longer back for extra protection. It uses a six-point suspension system with wide polyester textile webbing, a 3D Adjustment harness-depth setting and an easy-to-use wheel ratchet, along with a sweatband. Universal slots fit various accessories, and the hat is packed ready-to-wear with no assembly required.
The hard hat is offered in Lime Yellow and Orange. It meets the ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2009 standard for Type I, Class E and the ANSI requirement for reverse donning and lower temperature.

- When the artwork has fine lines, small text or tight detail that must stay sharp on a contoured or uneven surface, such as a pen barrel or a curved drinkware wall. The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
