Description
The Evolution™ Deluxe 6151 Hard Hat is built around a high-density polyethylene shell engineered with five raised channels that reinforce structural integrity while channeling impact forces away from the head. An extended back brim adds coverage against falling debris and sun exposure, making it a practical choice for demanding job sites.
Inside, a 6-point polyester webbing suspension system with a unique 3D adjustment mechanism lets wearers fine-tune harness depth for a personalized fit. The Evolution Wheel Ratchet tightens smoothly with one hand, and the Chamlon™ sweatband wicks moisture to keep workers comfortable through long shifts.

The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
