Description
The Starline full brim vented hard hat has a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell. The full brim is designed to protect against sun exposure, rain, snow and dust. It features a 3D Adjustment system with harness depth settings, a wheel ratchet for a firm comfortable fit, and a 6-point suspension system. Universal slots fit various accessories, and the hat is packed ready-to-wear with no assembly required.
This vented hard hat meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I/Class C requirements and the ANSI requirement for Reverse Donning and Lower Temperature. Vented hard hat versions have a Class C (Conductive) electrical rating. Pad Print is available.

The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

- When the artwork has fine lines, small text or tight detail that must stay sharp on a contoured or uneven surface, such as a pen barrel or a curved drinkware wall. The conforming pad holds crisp edges where flat methods cannot reach.
