This 750-milliliter Basil Hayden bourbon whiskey bottle is deep hand etched by artisans in our California facility. The etching is carved into the glass itself, leaving a recessed mark with bold contrast and a texture you can feel. Optional hand-painted color fills add a custom touch to the design.

Your logo or message is laser deep etched into the front face of the bottle, carved below the surface for a permanent, tactile mark. Optional hand-painted color fills can be added to the etched design.

Deep etching carves your design well into the surface, removing material to leave a recessed, permanent mark. Running deeper than a standard laser pass, the result is strongly dimensional and contoured. The finished mark is the material itself — bare carved tone with crisp shadowed contrast where the cut catches light against the untouched surface. You get a mark you can both see and feel, reading as permanent and material rather than printed on.
