The Eddie Bauer® Frontier jug is a 67 oz. double wall vacuum insulated vessel designed for camping, road trips, and sporting events. Its 18/8 stainless steel inner wall and sweat-proof powder coat finish make it a rugged companion for long days outside.

Vacuum insulation keeps cold drinks cold for 72 hours and hot drinks hot for 30 hours, so beverages stay at the right temperature from morning to night. The screw-top lid features a leak-proof flip-top cover for quick pouring and an integrated carry handle for easy transport.

Your logo is laser etched into the front face of the jug, creating a permanent, recessed mark in the material's own tone. For multi-color artwork, screen printing applies crisp, opaque ink on top of the surface.

Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
