Heat Transfer — Full Color produces a smooth, bonded surface layer that faithfully reproduces photographic, gradient-rich, or many-colored artwork with crisp edges and fine detail. Screen Print lays down bold, opaque spot-color artwork with clean edges, ideal for solid shapes and simple lettering. For photographic or multi-color designs, Heat Transfer — Full Color is the better route; for flat, solid-color logos, Screen Print provides strong coverage.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
