Description

Size and Material

Economy plastic signs are custom cut to a total size between 75 and 100 square inches, printed in full color on 1/16 in. white plastic with square corners. Each sign is custom built to the customer's dimensions, and the height and width must be supplied with the order. Additional sizes and fabrication options, including a thermal bend, are available.

Thermal Bend

For a thermal bend, add height to the sign to accommodate the bend: 2 in. for signs less than 4 in. tall and 2.5 in. for signs greater than 4 in. tall. The added inches must be included in the overall sign size and may move the order into a larger size category. A thermal bend creates a 45° angle, and full bleed is not available on the bend side.
