These lanyards are made from smooth polyester and measure 1 inch wide by 36 inches long. The full-color imprint is applied through dye sublimation, which fuses the ink into the fabric for a vibrant finish that won't crack or peel. The standard decoration includes a full-color imprint on one location, with the same design appearing on both sides.

Your full-color artwork is dye sublimated onto the front face of the lanyard, with the same design appearing on the back. The imprint runs the length of the strap, providing a vibrant, all-over branding surface.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
