These lapel pins are die-struck from iron, giving them a solid, substantial feel. The recessed areas of the design are filled with soft enamel that is then cured, creating a durable, colorful surface. An optional epoxy dome can be added to provide a level finish that protects the enamel.

Because this is a true spot color product, metal must separate the different colors, ensuring each hue stays crisp and defined. Your logo is screen printed on the front, with standard decoration including four colors at one location.

Your logo is screen printed on the front of the pin, with standard decoration including four colors at one location. For multi-color artwork, the metal separations ensure each color remains distinct.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
