This lapel pin is die-struck from iron, a process that stamps the design into the metal. The recessed areas are then filled with soft enamel and cured, creating a colorful, textured surface. Because it is a true spot color product, metal separates each color, ensuring crisp definition.
Finishing Options
An optional epoxy dome can be applied to give the pin a level, smooth finish that also protects the enamel. The pin measures 1 inch wide by 1 inch high, a compact size that works well on lapels, lanyards, or bags.

Your design is die-struck into the front face of the pin, with recessed areas filled with soft enamel. Up to four spot colors can be used, and an optional epoxy dome can be added for a level finish.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
